A Day with the NHL Stanley Cup Winner – Laurent Brossoit

This day was a big one. Laurent Brossoit with the Vegas Golden Knights won the Stanley Cup in 2023 (still feels surreal saying that). I had the privilege of documenting goaltender Laurent Brossoit’s day with the Cup. I was invited as family to spend the day celebrating with him. I had the huge honor of being the photographer at the same time.

His time with the Cup was short, but honestly, it was packed with so many sweet moments. Family, friends, a lot of laughs, and just this buzzing feeling of, Wow, this actually happened. It meant a lot to be there not just as family, but also to help capture memories I know we’ll all look back on for years.

 

 

To be honest, I initially didn’t expect the NHL Stanley Cup to feel this impactful. When you put so much meaning behind it, that’s what gives it its life. It was truly incredible.
