This content is protected by copyright law and may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, screenshot, distributed, or used in any form without written permission.

You may view and share website pages for personal, non-commercial use only, provided proper credit is given where appropriate and no modifications are made.

3. Photography Copyright & Image Usage

All images created by Bluminessence Photography remain the copyright of the photographer.

Clients are granted personal-use rights for final delivered images. This means you may:

• Share your images on personal social media
• Download and store your images for personal enjoyment

You may not:

• Print images unless agreed-upon in terms outlined in the client contract.
• Sell, edit for commercial use, or alter images in a way that misrepresents the original work
• Claim images as your own photography
• Use images for business branding or commercial purposes without written permission

4. Portfolio & Marketing Use

Bluminessence Photography may use selected images from sessions for portfolio, website, social media, blog posts, or marketing purposes.

Clients will always have the option to grant or decline image usage. Where consent is given, images will be used respectfully and in alignment with the nature of the work.

5. Services & Bookings

All photography services are subject to availability and confirmed through a signed contract and/or booking agreement.

Pricing, packages, and session details are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will always honour the agreed-upon terms outlined in the client contract.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the terms outlined in your client contract at the time of booking.

Please refer to your agreement for full details regarding booking policies.

7. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with its functionality or security.

Any misuse of this website, including attempts to copy content, scrape data, or misuse imagery, is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

This website may use third-party platforms such as Showit (website hosting), Dubsado (client management system), and Pixieset (online gallery and print shop). These services operate under their own privacy and terms policies.

Bluminessence Photography is not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bluminessence Photography makes every effort to provide a smooth and professional experience. However, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of this website or services beyond what is outlined in client agreements.
