With a background in communications, holistic wellness, and yoga, Shelley weaves together tradition, authenticity, and heart. She holds certifications in Ayurveda through the Kerala Ayurveda Academy (India) and the Chopra Center (California), and is a SolePath Certified Spiritual Practitioner and Mastery Level Life & Health Coach.
Her training spans India, Costa Rica, Bali, Thailand, Nepal, and Canada, enriching her approach with a global perspective on spirituality and conscious living.
